MapsHunt offers a platform to find local business leads by searching Google Maps for keywords and locations, extracting contact details like phones, emails, websites, and social profiles, and sending personalized email campaigns.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be 18+ and legally able to form contracts. Register with accurate details. Keep your login secure and notify us of breaches. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Services and Features
- Search Google Maps for businesses in 20+ countries (e.g., US, UK, Poland, Germany).
- Extract leads: phones, emails, websites, social media from GMB or website.
- Send email campaigns via Brevo.com API and track results.
- Free tier: no card needed.
- Paid access via login/register.
Important Data Collection Notice: Our tool safely visits Google Maps and uses only publicly available information from Google My Business profiles or company websites. We do not use aggressive or illegal scraping methods.
Subscription Plans and Pricing
Plans shown on /pricing:
- Free Plan: $0 – Limited searches.
- Premium Plan: $29 – More features.
- Pro Plan: $49 – Advanced tools.
Subscriptions are recurring via Stripe. Prices in USD, exclude taxes. Auto-renew until canceled in dashboard.
Payments and Billing
Processed securely by Stripe. Provide valid card. Authorize recurring charges. Taxes added at checkout. No refunds except legally required. Upgrade/downgrade prorated. Failed payments suspend access.
User Responsibilities
- Use lawfully; no scraping, hacking, or spam.
- Comply with Google Maps terms, anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and Brevo.com policies.
- Do not share leads commercially without permission.
- Rate limits apply to prevent abuse.
Intellectual Property
We own the platform, software, and design. You get a limited license for personal/business use during subscription. User-generated campaigns/content grant us non-exclusive use rights. Google data per their terms.
Disclaimers and Warranties
Services provided “as is” without warranties.
- Data Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extracted information. AI and public sources like Google My Business can contain errors or outdated data. Always verify leads independently.
- Email Content: We do not monitor, generate, or take responsibility for email content created and sent by users. MapsHunt provides only a tool to collect public business information and a simple email form via Brevo.com API – we do not interfere with or track message contents.
- No guarantees on 100% uptime, lead quality, or campaign results.
Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to fees paid in prior 12 months. No consequential damages. Force majeure excused.
Termination
Cancel anytime via account. We may terminate for breaches without refund. Post-termination: no access, data deleted after 30 days (per privacy policy).
Governing Law
Polish law applies. US users: CCPA rights respected; no data sales.
Changes
We may update Terms; continued use accepts changes. Posted on site.
